Thaksin’s Diplomatic Passport has been canceled

Foreign Ministry announced Monday that it has revoked diplomatic passport of ousted premier Thaksin Shinawatra since last Friday. It said in the statement that it has considered this matter carefully because it concerns some legislative issues. It said that it has proposed the past three government the revocation of Mr Thaksin’s red passport, but was able to do it only after the land deal case against him has been proceeded till the end. On his ordinary passport, the ministry said it has forwarded the case to the Council of State for consideration.

I heard from the news that revoking ordinary passport might be violate the Thai Constitution 2007, and FM has to be careful about this.

Thai FM revoked Thaksin’s diplomatic passport
The Foreign Ministry has revoked diplomatic passport held by fugitive ex-Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, the ministry said Monday. The ministry said in a statement that the ministry decided to teminate the passport since Dec12. The statement said Thaksin was already informed.

Ealier last month, UK has revoked Thaksin and Pojamarn’s visas.
Thaksin is known to carry at least 2 passports, one is a diplomatic passport Thaksin number D215863 and the other one is an ordinary citizen passport.

The IMMEDIATE proceeding for revocation of the other ordinary passport
or whatever left with Thaksin, i.e., his official decorations as Police Lieutenant Colonel and the insignia decorations ( granted by the Palace ) would signify how the new Government led by Democrat Party and Abhisit are serious to fight the Thaksin regime.
Thaksin, the fugitive criminal needs to be stripped down to his pants and jailed.
I am sorry that I do not fully agree with the previous comment about the matter of time. I am too paranoid about lies, tricks, and conspiracies. The above would be good proofs whether or not the people would be betrayed yet again.
